Moors & Christians Parade

In Spain there seems to be a fiesta of some sort every other week. One of the best we have seen is the Moors and Christians parade held in Guadamar.

It is held over 4 days with the last day being the main parade and taking about three hours to pass, so it is best to book one of the many chairs that line the street. After the parade has finished spectacular a firework display is held on the beach at about 1.00am in the morning, shooting fireworks out to sea and from boats back to land to simulate a battle, very spectacular.
