Thought it was about time I stopped working for other people and do a couple of jobs of my own, I am going to move the back door and knock the wall down where the door is now.

Also made myself a new computer desk finished and varnished in 3 days, varnish dries very quick out here.

First job, take down the ceiling see which way the beams run

Roof felted and covered with cement, ready for tiling

Decided to take a well earned rest and drive back to the UK

Bad idea because we broke down in France, the differential went on me and had to be towed off the motorway to a nearby village to have the car looked at, more bad news they wanted 2550 Euros to repair it, so our excellent insurance company provided us with a rental car to drive back and they transported the car back to Spain, this plus 2 nights in a hotel all free of charge.
