Still waiting for for the paperwork so I can start converting the lounge and front porch into one room.

I am told by the architect that I should be able to start next week (beginning of April) but I have heard this before, been waiting 4 months now, but that's Spain for you everything is done manana.

I have started doing a little preparation as I will have a lot to do once I get the licence and only about five weeks to complete it before Lynn's mom & dad come out to visit

The spare bedroom, hope I get all my work done soon as this is Peter & Iris's room
