 Back     Home

Yet another month has passed us by, the weather has cooled down a lot now from what it was, but still sandals and shorts weather during the day.

Not much going on at the moment, I have been doing A little bit of work for other people and have started the ball rolling for doing some major work on my own property. Have to get architects drawings and apply to the town hall for a licence.

Going to knock the wall down into the front porch, to make the lounge bigger, brick up the archway and remove the fireplace in the dinning room and change it back to A bedroom (which is what it was when they were built), move the kitchen into the small bedroom (looking forward to doing that, been years since I have fitted a kitchen for my self) and make where the kitchen is now the dinning room. Along with all this work I have to put up a new ceiling in the lounge and retile the floor throughout the villa, should keep me busy for a month or two.

Below are a few pictures I took at a medieval market held at the cave houses in Rojales

I have started work on our new kitchen, which is going in a spare bedroom

next to the existing kitchen

Lynn will will at last have a kitchen with a window, at the moment the

kitchen is in the centre of the house (ie. no window)
